No appointments and no originals in the post. You can order from a PDF or a scan of your document.
Send the PDF, a scan or a clear photo. If your passport spells a name differently, tell us in the comments.
Every field is translated, including notes recorded on the document and any apostille.
Typically within 24–48 hours, ready to upload with your application. Add a printed copy by post if you need one.
Your translation is compared line by line with your passport and other documents, so it has to be complete and exact.
Each body sets its own rules. Here is what each one says about translations, from its own published requirements.
Every body below asks for the original-language document as well as the English translation. They differ on who may translate: some name NAATI, others ask for an accredited or registered translator. AHPRA does not accept partial ("extract") translations of degrees, diplomas, certificates or transcripts.
AHPRA states it does not accept extract translations of degrees, diplomas, certificates and transcripts. We translate every page in full, including the grades and the grading scale.
Most bodies ask for high-quality colour scans of the original documents rather than certified copies. AHPRA is the exception: it asks for a certified copy of the document that was translated.
Skills assessments generally ask for the award certificate together with the full academic record. VETASSESS also accepts a European Diploma Supplement in some cases, which many German, Austrian and Swiss universities issue.

| Engineers Australia | An authorised translator, with the translator's registered ID, name and contact details on each copy; originals too | High-resolution colour scans |
| ACS | In Australia, NAATI accredited translators; upload both the original and the translation | Colour scans, at least 300 dpi |
| AHPRA | In Australia, NAATI accredited; no extract translations; none by relatives or friends | A certified copy of the document used for the translation |
| ANMAC | A NAATI-certified translator; upload the original and the translation | Colour copies of originals, not certified copies |

From the Department of Home Affairs' guidance on documents in languages other than English:
Our certified translations carry the translator's NAATI stamp and certification statement, on our letterhead with our address and telephone number.
No. ANMAC asks for a NAATI-certified translator, and ACS, AHPRA and Trades Recognition Australia name NAATI for translations made in Australia. VETASSESS asks for a registered translation service and Engineers Australia for an authorised translator. Our translations are made by NAATI certified translators and carry the translator's NAATI stamp; check your body's current requirements before you apply.
Yes. We translate the whole record, including any legend that explains the grading system (for example the German 1 to 6 scale). ACS, for example, asks for a transcript that shows it.
Most degrees and transcripts take 24 to 48 hours. Long transcripts can take longer; you will see the timing with your quote.
